Our Story
A practice shaped by what private clients actually need.
Xandori Legal came into being because its founders recognised a persistent gap in the legal market. Probate and private client work — the kind that touches families directly, often during their most difficult moments — was routinely handled by large general practices where it sat at the margin of the firm's interests rather than at its centre.
The founders had spent their careers in that environment. They understood the value of institutional infrastructure, but they also understood its costs: client relationships managed by rotation rather than continuity, fee structures calibrated for corporate mandates, and a general disposition that treated estate matters as a process to be completed rather than a situation to be understood.
"Estate matters do not resolve themselves. They require someone who understands the law, manages the process, and keeps the interests of the estate firmly in view — from the first conversation to the final distribution."
The decision to build a specialist practice was straightforward once that conclusion was reached. By concentrating exclusively on probate, estate administration, trusts, and related private client work, Xandori Legal could offer something the general market could not: deep expertise, consistent senior attention, and a culture genuinely oriented towards the needs of individual clients rather than institutional ones.
The firm is headquartered in Cambodia and was built to support international private client work. A private client and probate practice headquartered in Cambodia, with branch offices in Vietnam, Hong Kong and Thailand.
Today, Xandori Legal advises executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries across a wide range of estate sizes and complexities. The character of the practice has not changed from its founding: senior-led, personally attentive, and focused entirely on getting the right result for the client.
